At the Wellbeing Hub, our mission is to offer support, guidance, and empowerment to individuals like you who are seeking to enhance their mental and emotional well-being.

We understand the importance of managing stress and anxiety, and we’re here to provide you with the tools and techniques to navigate through life’s challenges.

Through our range of activities at the Wellbeing Hub, we strive to boost self-esteem and combat feelings of loneliness. Our dedicated team is committed to providing personalised 1-on-1 support, as well as connecting you with other relevant organisations that can further assist you on your well-being journey. We believe in practical solutions for happier living and are always ready to share practical ideas that can make a positive impact on your life.
 
Creating a safe space for peer support is paramount to us. We encourage mindfulness practices and foster an environment where you can engage with others who may be going through similar experiences. Our activities are designed to facilitate relationship-building and skill development. From fun quizzes and invigorating exercise sessions to the joy of music and dance, educational sessions, relaxed coffee and chat sessions, and even exciting evening outings, there’s something for everyone.
To add even more excitement to your life, we organise unforgettable day trips for our members. Picture visiting remarkable places like Hampton Court Palace, where you can immerse yourself in history and create cherished memories with like-minded individuals.

Mondays at 10:00am - 2:00pm
On Mondays, our Wellbeing Hub is open for arts and crafts, games and mindfulness. Visit us at: Unit 13, Kingsmill Business Park,  Chapel Mill Road, KT1 3GZ.
Tuesdays at 4:00pm - 8:00pm
On Tuesdays we have line dancing and we have bi-weekly day trips. Visit us at: Unit 13, Kingsmill Business Park, Chapel Mill Road, KT1 3GZ.
Wednesdays at 10:30am - 1:00pm
Wednesdays are for our community meet-ups for lunch, coffee and a lot of laughs. Visit us at: The British Legion, Hollyfield Road, Surbiton, KT5 9AL
Thursdays at 10:00am - 2:00pm
Thursdays provide an opportunity to get some peer support, chat over some coffee, IT Groups and music. Visit us at: Unit 13, Kingsmill Business Park, Chapel Mill Road, KT1 3GZ.
Fridays at 10:00am - 2:00pm
Friday mornings are for one-on-one listening services to those who need it. Visit us at: Unit 13, Kingsmill Business Park, Chapel Mill Road, KT1 3GZ.

Man Shed Surrey

Man Shed is an incredible space right here in our local community, designed specifically for men who may be feeling lonely, isolated, vulnerable, or in need of mental health support.

At Man Shed, we’re all about building a strong sense of community. We focus on skill-sharing, informal learning, and pursuing individual interests that bring purpose and fulfilment. It’s a place where you can achieve personal goals, celebrate your accomplishments, and increase social interaction, all while reducing the impact of social isolation.
 
No matter if you’re living with mental or physical health challenges, experiencing social isolation, or in the process of recovery, you are warmly welcome to join us. We believe in creating an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone’s journey is respected and valued.
 
The activities at Man Shed are tailored to suit the group’s interests and preferences. We strongly believe in involving our attendees in decision-making, ensuring that everyone has a say in shaping the group’s activities. It’s a place where you can support good mental health by sharing your skills, knowledge, and experiences with others.
